The Tallinn Digital Summit (TDS) is Estonia's premier, invitation-only, high-level forum, hosted by the Prime Minister.
On 9-10 October 2025, TDS convenes global leaders from political, business, innovation, financial, digital, and defense domains for pragmatic dialogue on critical challenges and opportunities presented by Artificial Intelligence and exponential technologies.
TDS is Estonia’s flagship high-level forum connecting the world’s political, corporate, and digital leadership. Arraiolos Group:
The Summit coincides with the meeting of the Arraiolos Group (Heads of State from EU non-executive presidencies), hosted by President Alar Karis, bringing an exceptional level of political leadership to Tallinn.
Freedom Online Coalition (FOC):
Estonia chairs the FOC in 2025, hosting its Ministerial meeting alongside TDS. This gathers Ministers and high-level representatives from 42 member states specifically focused on internet freedom and digital rights.
